Welcome to Miami Royal Massage. By booking an appointment, using our website, or purchasing any service, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

Miami Royal Massage provides professional mobile massage and wellness services at homes, hotels, offices, yachts, vacation rentals, and approved locations throughout South Florida.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

Clients must provide accurate contact information when booking an appointment.

Appointments are subject to therapist availability.

Miami Royal Massage reserves the right to refuse or cancel any appointment at its discretion when necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

3. Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required to confirm an appointment.

All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

The remaining balance is due before or upon completion of the service, depending on the booking arrangement.

We accept approved payment methods listed on our website.

4. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

5. Late Arrivals

If a client arrives late or is not available at the scheduled appointment time, the session may be shortened to avoid impacting other appointments.

The full service fee will still apply.

6. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or health concerns before the session begins.

Miami Royal Massage reserves the right to refuse service if a condition may create a safety concern for the client or therapist.

7. Professional Conduct

All services provided are strictly professional therapeutic wellness services.

Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, solicitation, illegal activity, sexual requests, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

8. Liability

Clients voluntarily participate in massage services and accept responsibility for communicating any health concerns.

Miami Royal Massage shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from inaccurate health information provided by the client or failure to follow therapist recommendations.

9. Privacy

Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share personal information except as necessary to provide services or comply with legal requirements.

10. Changes to Terms

Miami Royal Massage reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
