Refund Policy

Miami Royal Massage provides mobile massage and wellness services throughout South Florida. By booking an appointment with Miami Royal Massage, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund and cancellation policy.

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure therapist availability, travel time, and scheduling resources specifically reserved for your appointment.

Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional charge when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment if proper notice is provided.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.

Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Clients who fail to appear for their appointment (no-show) are not eligible for a refund or credit.

If a client arrives late or is not ready at the scheduled appointment time, the session may be shortened to avoid delays for other appointments. The full service fee will still apply.

Once a service has been completed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

If Miami Royal Massage must cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the client may choose between rescheduling the appointment or receiving a full refund of any deposit paid.

Miami Royal Massage reserves the right to refuse service when necessary for safety, inappropriate conduct, or circumstances that prevent the service from being performed as scheduled.

By booking a service with Miami Royal Massage, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
